		<description>Erowid has a lot of info about all kinds of different drugs, and it doesn&#039;t mention anything about a legal limit in the US.

http://www.erowid.org/chemicals/caffeine/caffeine_law.shtml

I would think that there would have to be a limit, though.

http://www.brainconnection.com/topics/?main=fa/caffeine3
Says it&#039;s 12 &quot;micrograms per milliliter&quot;

http://www.cptips.com/caff.htm agrees, and so does http://www.insidetri.com/train/tips/articles/2131.0.html

This one says 6mg/oz. as mentioned in this post:
http://coffeefaq.com/caffaq.html#legallimit

This one says 200mg per litre:
http://www.abc.net.au/quantum/poison/caffeine/caffeine.htm

I don&#039;t feel like doing the calculations... Maybe they are all similar. Anyway, this is what I&#039;ve found, and there was plenty more. Of course, it is always reassuring to find an &quot;official&quot; website with information. I don&#039;t know where to look for that.</description>
