When was the last time you went a day without Caffeine?

How I can remember if I drink coffe because
some people talk me coffe its the best for improve memory? Just I took a cup of coffe
and read in the newspaper about cientific research of Medical University of Innsbruk in Austria.

I was doing maybe two 12 packs a day of Dew the day before I went into the Navy. I had no caffeine in Navy Basic. 3 days after I went in, I was in the hospital.
I cannot remember a day where I had no (or for that matter very little) caffeine.
It’s quite hard to find the energy to brew the coffee, when you haven’t already had a pot to begin with…
I still manage to do it everyday though 
Then, I have POWAH!
Last time i went even one day without caffien was probably my 8th grade year.
I can only go 3 days without caffeine. After that I get migraines and mean.
Just this Monday. Pfingsmontag in Germany
– stayed at home and lazed almost all day – of course the day was unproductive without the caffeine
