Redline Vs Red Bull
In the red corner we have Redline RTD, and in the blue corner we have Red Bull. The drink makers are having a very public argument about the quality of each other’s product.
Apparently it started with Red Bull accusing Redline (made by VPX Sports) of having a similar package. They both have the word “RED” and have lots of blue and some red coloring. VPX sued Red Bull. Now Red Bull claim that the claims about VPX Redline are a load of bull.
There is no comparing the products. Redline is not yet in the caffeine database because I have not been able to accurately determine the amount of caffeine in the product. Whatever it is – it is seriously (and dangerously) high (especially compared with Red Bull’s 80mg per can). See the discussion about Redline here.
If anyone can come up with the caffeine content of the Redline RTD – I would be interested. The people at VPX Sports don’t answer their emails.
