It's not a buzz. You just feel more alert, for me it lasts about 8 hours which is plenty. It doesn't give you the eye-opening feeling of an energy drink, you just slowly gain energy. It's not the placebo effect for sure. I didn't have any, and I fell asleep in class. The next day I had it and I was wide awake for 8 hours in school with only 7 hours of sleep. The body can't produce that effect from just believing it's going to work. It's worth every penny. The soap from thinkgeek DOES work. It’s not a buzz.
