Nice list. Keep in mind that in some countries, things are different. For example, here in Canada, colas (ie pepsi, coke) are the only soft drink allowed to contain caffeine.

Phil, you said…
Milligrammes per ounce – what sort of crazy unit is that – and for that matter, whose particular variant of ounces are you using?
Please, could you either keep your units entirely in nice, sensible, unambiguous metric, or recalcitrant-yank-friendly Imperial (or “Englishâ€). But please don’t mix the two.
This is easy, nearly every beverage is listed as ounces on the label for servings. However the general guidlines for caffien poisening is LD_50=10 grams of caffine. Thats not exact, but ost cases of actual death come from around 10 grams.
Now the actual LD_50 states that you need 150mg of caffine for every 1 kg that you are.
That should be enough info for you to look into any label on any item, adjust for what you weight, and then do the mathf yourself.
The only problem is that most stuff I have seen do not list the amount of cafffine in it.

Perhaps you could include Sunny Delight, V8 Splash, and Fruitopia.
hmm, anyone heard of Rad red? its like a body bulider drink. I didn’t want to go though all the pages of comments so..don’t yell at me if its all ready been talked about.
Found this great drink when driving through Kentucky. Ale81. Apparently it’s only available in Kentucky, although you can order it from their website. http://www.ale-8-one.com. It’s a caffeinated ginger-ale-ish drink. It’s got 37mg per 12 oz. And they just introduced Diet Ale 8, which has 44mg per 12 oz. Its good stuff!
I think you should list the drinks that do not have any caffiene at all. As us pregnant women, are always looking to see what we can have or cannot have. IE. Does ALL Iced Tea have caffeine? I heard that Root Beer doesn’t have any caffeine except Barq’s, is that true? I heard Ginger Ale does not, is that true?
