Does red licorice have caffeine? Twizzler’s Strawberry Twist? After eating a handful I have the same cramping in feet and legs that I get when I drink coffee or pop. If it does not I guess it may be a reaction to the red dyes?

hey, some one asked about upshot…well it has about 800mgs of caffiene in it per cup (80z) it comes in 2oz containers…so 200mgs per container (its the same as sky rocket caffiene syrip)
