how did you get the info on xs energy drinks? I noticed you didnt rate the caffeine free ones on here. Do all 6 flavors have the same caffeine content? If not which one did you rate?

I’ve been going crazy trying to find the caffeine content of chocolate covered espresso beans. If you can dig that one up, it would be great.

If you don’t drink or eat caffeine your going to be beautiful corpse. You have to die from something. I love my coffe.

Truly, the drink known as “BAWLS” does not contain 67 mg, but 80 mg (per standard 10oz. bottle). It’s only truly 80 mg, but the true affect is 200 mg, being that the caffeine in the guarana added to the drink is 2.5x stronger than the widely used caffeine in such drinks as Monster or Red Bull. Thanks for your database! It aides my goal in proving my friends wrong in their ignorant caffeine-guzzling.

Check this webpage. It’s a medical article about the hidden caffeine content of energy drinks. They say Sobe NoFear has 141 mg. Didn’t see it on your list – great job, BTW.

Von Dutch?

The caffeine content listed for Starbucks brewed coffee is a bit misleading – but only a bit. Starbuck’s caffeine content, for a 16 oz. cup, can vary anywhere from around 250 mg to the 560’s. The average is around 400. Source for this info.

Pyro with Drinkin problems, this would happen because caffeine does not magically create energy. I used 2 2litre bottles of Mountain Dew to stay up for 2 days straight. The next day, when the caffeine buzz died down, I felt like I hit a wall and slept fr 10 hours.

Once the caffeine wares off, you are far more tired than you would have been had you not had any.

i would like to know with the aspartame in diet lipton green tea am i getting the same benifts as drinking brewed tea

Roberto March 26th, 2006 11:06 pm

I looked up some stuff and it turns out that apparently chocolate doesn’t actually have caffiene but instead has thiobromine…a chemical in the same family as caffine but rather than make you cranky and more stressed actually calms you down and has longer lasting effects…look it up on wikipedia.

Von Dutch energy drink. I’ve found them 3/ $1 at my local grocery store (16 ounce cans)!

Storf March 28th, 2006 12:51 pm

You mention 22 mg of caffeine in chocolate coffee beans. How many beans?

Thomas March 31st, 2006 8:57 pm

You forgot to add Chaser 5 Hour Energy. That gives you tons of energy.

Socko energy drink is missing from this list. As it IS one of the more better tasting beverages out there, I humbly request it be added.
