I mean the FDA is really stupid, everyone drinks coke, i mean are you kidding me, and that drink used to actually have cociane in it, and was marketed as a "cure all" when it first came out. If it bothers you don't buy the stuff, and why punish one cause its old and not new. I don't know if this was another attempt to simulate the real thing but I find it quite unpleasant. I have tried numerous energy drinks and I can't really say this did much for me (and no, I am not a caffeine addict who is use to mass amounts.) The most I felt was lightheaded.
