Full Throttle Frozen Fury: Caffeinated Slurpee
Full Throttle Frozen Fury has appeared in 7-Eleven stores.
“High Energy Citrus – Powered by Taurine, Ginseng Extract, Caffeine, and Guarana Extract”.
Full Throttle is made by the Coca-cola Company, and has 144mg of caffeine per 16 fluid ounces (see sources here).

Question…Are they allowed to have the slurpees have the same amount of caffeine as the energy drink? The only reason that I ask is that at a quiktrip (we don’t have 7-11’s)they have rooster booster as a slurpee, but they also have the soda fountain dispensing rooster booster, dr dogg, and maybe ram jam, but the thing is considering its only a little over a dollar, most people get a 50 something ounce cup. Now with (ill say a 52 ounce cup..might be 56..don’t know) with ram jam at 160mg per 16 ounce, in this cup, thats approximately 520mg. This is way above tolerance for some (most?) people….and I know i’ve had like 5 of the cherry icee drinks in one day…so do you think they are putting in a reduced caffeine version of drinks when they are in these forms?
Slurpees must be more dilute – simply because they are filled with ice and some air. If you left a slurpee to fully melt, the amount of liquid at the end would be somewhat smaller?
Or maybe I have no idea what I’m talking about.

this stuff is weak didn’t notice anything after drinking one
the slush at sonic was ok, and i don’t even think it has any of the real ingredients of a true energy drink, just the flavor.
i got a large, and it had no effect on me.
[might i add i weigh 90 lbs, and it doesn't take much to effect me.]
well, I for one say that it totally kicks ass. I just finished a 28 oz. one myself, I’m a Fury junkie. and the price is great; I can get more than the amount of a regular one for almost half the price; 7-11 has the regular ones priced the most expensive in my area, it’s really annoying.

I love this slurpee. I’m a caffeine addict and yet at the same time, I can notice a kick from this.
I’m not a fan of the actual full throttle energy drink at all, but this slurpee is one I’ll come back to again and again.
I hope we get this where I live, we have bad luck with slurpee’s but we did get the Sobe No Fear one a few years back.
