Blow Energy Drink Mix
Blow Energy is a powdered energy drink mix aimed at ultra-hip party-goers. It comes in a vial of white powder – so you too can pretend you are popping some hard stuff into your drink.
From the maker:
“Blow is seductively cool, powerfully effective and our marketing is admittedly edgy.”
“Edgy” means marketing the vial of caffeine as a party drug, along with media promotions showing images of slutty women and pervy men. Not really edgy; the illicit drug thing has been done before – and as for the scantily clad ladies – well that’s as old as advertising itself.
Blow packs a punch: 240mg caffeine and 2000mg of Taurine.
The associations between good ole humble caffeine and hard drugs are a little disturbing. Someone somewhere is seriously going to start getting the wrong idea and wreck it for all the rest of us.

There is a drink called Liquid blow that needs to hit these guys with a lawsuit. Becuase something like this is wrong.
I was going to order some before it gets banned by the FDA but they wanted 6 dollars for shipping on a 4 dollar product.
240mg is not bad. The real question is, how does it taste?
it sounds cool but somebody is going to put like ten packs in a drink and end up in the e.r. or snort a bunch of it cause its called blow.
Yeah…I’m normally pretty supportive of energy mixes, but this is going a bit too far…I wouldn’t be surprised to see people in clubs snorting REAL blow and pretending it’s this.
In short: I honestly feel this should be off the shelves, regardless of how supportive I normally am.
I really have no comment on the marketing name and aspect of things here.
I would, however, sniff this shtuff just to check it’s Blow factor. (I haven’t tried the real Blow, just thought I’d add humor)
But as Cocaine has been “Censored”, Blow will be “Bonked”
i dont think any consumer in america, who would buy this, hasnt heard of Cocaine, and will immediately shun it for using an old idea.
Sounds good though, if this stuff can rock tastelesly (sorta like a Rush!), it could be pretty cool to make your own drinks with, seeing as all the current products like this taste like blueberry ass!

It’s sweetened with aspartame and Ace-k. Going by my calculations – it has the same amount of aspartame as Diet Coke.
Its poducts like this that will ruin caffine consumption and get it regulated. I feel you have a right to put ANYTHING in to your own body, but people enjoy regulation, it makes them feel safe.

I’m not shunning it because of the idea being old…I’m shunning it because of their use of advertising and nearly making it seem like it REALLY is cocaine. Their use of advertising along with the name makes it seem as if they’re promoting the use of cocaine, which makes me hate both the company and the mix itself. I can understand making a drink mix and using the club scene as a promotional tactic, but don’t title it as a drug. The Cocaine drink was one thing, they didn’t promote towards the club scene, so I wasn’t against it so much…But this is a different story.
It’s edgy enough to give people wrong ideas, yes let’s start comparing a perfectly legal drug with an illegal one. I’m sure no one will have a problem, yeah right. It’s destined for a fate like Cocaine as other people have said…
I was at walmart today and I found some drink mix called Energy Rush, made by 4C. Anyone know anything about this? It’s got caffeine (curious to how much) and taurine in it.

Hey has anyone checked out my new energy drink company I just started called Meth! It comes packaged in a cool glass tube with a larger cylinder-like bottom!

How about some of the good ol’ stuff? Like Jolt! Or New Coke! Now THAT was a real drink. Not like that grape soda that all the eggplants drink. New Coke would put the lead in your pencil.
