Full Throttle Mother Has Arrived
The can actually reads “Full Throttle: Nature is one BAD Mother”.
The drink claims that ingredients are from “Natural Sources” - presumably this means caffeine is from Guarana.
Full Throttle is made by Coca-Cola, and… just to confuse things - Coca-cola have been pushing another energy drink in Australia called Mother. Mother has not been popular in Australia. Maybe they need to try selling Full Throttle instead?
I would be interested in anyone’s review of the drink.

Sweetness! I hope they put these in stores. theres so many energy drinks that look like they would be awesome, but they never sell them where i can get them, like Nerd.
can’t wait to try it. I just hope it’s nothing like regular Full Throttle, I don’t like that but fury and Blue Demon are awesome, I hope it’s another awesome one… i hope the stores in walking distance will actually carry it… huzzah…

Acai is the flavor, and I believe that I’ve heard that this is supposed to promote energy. Or something like that.

I’ll keep an eye out for it, but so far I’m not a fan of the Full Throttle taste.
To be better than BAWLS…? BAWLS is quite good and to compare it to others is err.
O_o haven’t seen this one around yet! I’m not a big full throttle fan, but will drink it when the store is out of everything else. maybe this one will taste better =D BTW, that’s a weird name.
I love it! I tried Full Throttle Mother at a sampling event at a motorcycle rally. It is suprisingly tasty! It smells like Flinstone Vitimins in the can, but has a very light, not overpowering flavor. FYI: The drink is pink in a glass but It kicks Amp’s ass FOR SURE!

BAWLS does taste awesome… TAB on the other hand tastes like cough syrup.
Mother in Australia is quite possibly the worst energy drink I have ever tasted. I like energy drinks as much, if not much more, than the next guy, but it just tastes like bitter ginger ale. I do not see it lasting here for much longer. Good riddance I say!
Meanwhile, I wish they would bring Full Throttle here. I loved it while I was in the States.
I live in Augusta, GA and stumbled upon one of these yesterday. Full Throttle, FT Fury and FT Blue Demon aren’t bad… so I figured what the hell and picked one of these up.
Where Mother goes wrong is the fruit juice… The berry flavor just didn’t do it for me. It created an aftertaste that was hardly palatable. I took two sips and had to put it down.
Just like what Chris Harrison said. I took a few sips and began to dislike the flavor. I don’t know what to say besides it just doesn’t taste good.
i think it tastes like a pine tree…like they took the nature (literally) and shoved it into the can. it is possible one of the worst things ever..not to mention that it’s one of the weakest energy drinks out there. it tastes horrible.
I just tried this stuff today. It does taste very “weird”. I was honestly caught off-guard, and nearly spit the stuff out.

The pink color kind of reminds me of a Campari & Tonic cocktail, also.
If anything, a liking of the flavor of this Full Throttle Mother stuff might be an “acquired taste”.
i liked the bad mother, i like blue demon the best though. Hell, i like all the full throttle drinks
ya. i love full throttle. its the best. But i had one of these. it was like drinking a can of death. It tasted so bad. but it woke me up. and its more healthy. just like the flavor is the crazy and roughest thing ever. im 14. and try every E drink i can find. O and ur ass smells just wonderful after one of these. try it see what u think. its not good AT all. but its not bad AT ALL
Ugh. I thought FT Mother would be good, but I could only finish about half a can before I had to put it down. Gross. Really REALLY bad taste.
i like to try different energy drinks - but this one is just plain bad. the blue one is bad, but the fury and the regular FT are actually pretty good. healthy or not, this one tastes like wood. basically you have to try to swallow it as fast as you can before you taste it. i don’t know how this got through focus groups. even if you can manage to get through the initial taste, the aftertase is literally like a combination of m&m’s and pinesol. very disappointing, but what the hell do you expect from an energy drink in a green can?
I’m actually drinking this stuff right now, i found it at a random gas station and decided to buy it, being a HUGE fan of original full throttle. To put it plainly, this stuff is HORRIBLE. it tastes like grass flavored water. with a hint of ashtray. Oh well, the can still looks cool.
I too am drinking one right now. I don’t mind the taste. it is a little different but not bad in my opinion. ::sips:: no, i take that back. it is quite odd and i am not sure if i like it or not. i am usually partial to the FT Blue Demon and the Blue Monster.
Personally i cannot stand redbull and Bawls, as much as i liked it going to Lan parties, tastes too much like Children’s Tylenol for me.

Just as the name says, I try every single energy drink I can get my hands on, and for once, I wish my hands were BROKEN so that I would have not been able to grab this disappointment of an energy drink. It really tastes like Arizona Green Tea that someone dropped about 12 warheads into, then poured in some Perrier…it really is a bad combination. Labels says It had Apple, Pear, Açaí, and Blueberry……………………………………………..yuck?
I tried this stuff yesterday and i liked it. the taste caught me offguard at first because it tastes like nothing i’ve ever tasted before. i had no problem finishing the can, but the flavor did not however live up to my expectations.
needless to say i wasn’t really better than blue demon, which i love. but it wasn’t bad. i’ll probably buy this stuff again sometime.
I live in Oklahoma and stumbled upon this in a store here and gave it a shot.
The taste is whats bad about it, The aftertaste is just nasty. However after drinking it more often I started to get used to the taste.
Plus I read up on Acai Berry’s which they use in the drink and the health benefits that stem from Acai Berrys is very good and I would definitely be willing to switch over to something healthier.
Unfortunately I don’t think this will last on the market to long due to it’s taste, However I really hope it does but like I said it’s unlikely.

i tried this in Fargo ND and i think it tastes Amazing…i dont usually like full throttle but i really like this one its good!
what were they thinking. At first it tastes sweet, kinda like candy and then theres a burst of sudden bitter sourish flavor, i could barely get it down. If it wasn’t like 2 bucks a can i wouldn’t of finished it
I had this the other day, it tasted like old mowed grass and maybe because I consume a lot of caffeine it didn’t make me feel any different, we bought it because the name’s so stupid. I chugged it because my friend could not stand how it tasted. It didn’t make me feel any different.
Really. Not worth the time it takes to swallow it, or the gag reflex control. Sick.
It tastes like really bad berries.. that some one threw up and put in a can or something of that nature.. i recomend not trying it..its seriously disgusting
i love love love!!!!!!!! full throttle but why do people try to keep fixing things that arnt broken? the reg. full throttle is amazing! tastes awsome and gives me alot of energy , but i tried mother today and it was horrible! i couldent even drink it ! but hey to each is own i guess
I didnt think it was as bad as people are saying. Its okay, but it does taste quite odd, even for an energy drink. If you have ever tried tha Sobe energy drink that is pomegranete flavored, i think it tastes very similar to that.
Weird aftertaste.
Though it wasnt horrible, i doubt ill be buying it again, i prefer FT fury and blue demon over this and the regular FT.
oh and one more thing…

It didnt give me much energy, but i was very thirsty at the time of drinking it and even though it didnt taste AMAZING, it was VERY refreshing and quenched my thirst.
If I drink energy drinks too fast, they give me a stomach ache…this didnt do that to me, so thats a good reason to like this stuff
I personally think it’s great. Kinda has an earthy taste. Reminds me of how a full throttle tastes around a campfire actually.

I have not seen these in Western Canada areas. I am not a fan of the whole Full Throttle product line.
