The recommended mixture is 1 tub:2 qts but I find that too 'rich' so I cut it in 1/2; 1 tub:1 gallon. Caffeine dehydrates the body, causing a need to drink more water...if our water now has caffeine in it, how are we ever supposed to be able to even it out. My University has recently replaced our flavored water with this new propel invigorating drink. I am the type of person who doesn't drink enough water, but I usually get my full 64 ounces by drinking flavored water....now I don't know what I am going to do because my only alternative to plain water, is water that is just as unhealthy as all the other junk on the shelf, and it includes caffeine.
