Sales of Carbonated Soft Drinks have been declining for some time now - in contrast with energy drinks - where the market has been growing. However Red Bull is now No. 2 in the US (Monster is No. 1) - so it’s no surprise they are trying something new.

Isn’t Coca Leaf extremely addictive?
The anesthetic part of the leaf is the addicting part. know your thinking of cocaine, but you need a lot of coca leafs to make much cocaine, since cocaine is the stimulants and anesthetics chemically extracted from the leaf, i don’t think Red Bull would put anything extremely addicting in their drinks and get away with it.
Oh boy, more overpriced crap! For the price of their 16 ounce can you can get a Monster BFC. Im tired of redbull and their stupid price that people are willing to pay. Id rather have a rockstar, their cola was great but discontinued right?
red bull is the o.g energy drink…….jolt cola has been holding it down for years before red bull came out,but red pull predessesed shit shit outa jolt cola…….i think its just a gimick,for those people out there that wanna try somthing new,it wont get u anymroe wired than a normal redbull,and im guessing it tastes equally as bad,and costs the exact same,ifnot more,than a redbull……..save ur money children and drink ur parents coffe!
De-cocainized coca leaf is legal to have in drinks… its still part of the Natural Flavors in coca-cola. without cocaine in the leaf its harmless.
Red Bull is such cool brand - I can’t wait to see what they do with this one! Other energy drinks are made with high fructose corn syrup - harder for your body to break down. You can keep your Monster & Rocstar! I am a RED BULL GIRL!
The fact that these things sell like there’s no tomorrow is an indication of how ignorant people are in terms of what they should be putting inside their bodies.
As i, being a strong supporter of red bull, Red Bull Cola is not going to be an energy drink competitor, itll be a cola,(pepsi,Coke Cola) competitor, although monster has pulled ahead 3% in sales, redbull still remains strong and The release of red bull cola with dominate other competitors.

To correct anthony, redbull is actually no. 1 in sales. Monster is no.1 in volume sold. Redbull is about quality, not quantity. Monster tastes like crap, as do all the other fruity energy drinks! The reason you pay more for redbull is b/c its the best! Would you rather pay alittle more and drive a porsche, or pay less and drive a pinto? The choice is yours…
I had this in Vegas. I honestly dont know what they are trying to do here. I bought it at a Vegas Walgreen’s to see how it tastes….blah! It tastes like a flat diet coke. Thats the last time I drink a Red Bull cola.
I hought the coca leaf was illegal in the USA. I wish rebull could make a redbull pro or something with loads more caffine, tuariune and sugar. I am an energy drink addict. It started after I began drinking large amounts of redbull after aa caffine crash. I ma now keeping up to date with redbull news.

Red Bull is pure marketing garbage. As a former employee, I despise how they treat their people and push overpriced crap. It was “cool” five years ago, no, not so much.
This is going to be the best. Can’t wait! High Fructose corn syrup is very bad for you, your body turns it into sugar like the snap of your finger. Which means you get too much sugar to fast and your body then turns it into fat. Probably will be the best soda ever. can’t wait to try it

i just tried it and it tasted ok, except i dont drink regular cola very much so i wish they had a diet. i found this looking for info on how much caffien is in it, i love energy drinks but dont like how all the new ones are about pushing the limits of being unhealth so i always try to figure out what im drinking when i try a new energy drink. it looks like caffien is the only thing in this though, no tourine or any of the other stuff.
It might not be cheap like monster or rockstar.. But those two taste like absolute shit… I will never drink a novelty drink such as monster or rockstar. RED BULL and RED BULL COLA will always be classics

As Stated above comparing Monster, rockstar, full throttle and the other cheap costing and tasting energy drinks to a RedBull is like the difference in a Lambo and a chevy….lol Monster and etc. are preying on ignorant poor consumers in a market RedBull created. IF you want cheap harmful ingredients in your drinks fine go with the $1.99 16oz. monster/rockstars but if you want nothing but the best for your body for a natural pick me up that wont leave you in a diabetic coma then shell out a little extra for a RedBull. As for the Simply Cola that has been launched the last couple of weeks. Well, put it this way Coke/Pepsi and the others will be scrambling to the drawing board to capitalize once again on what RedBull is innovating…

Red Bull Cola uses “Sugar” and not HFCS or Aspartame. That automatically gives it a one up over Pepsi and Coca Cola.
It also contains “Galangal” which according to erowid is supposed to give you a mild buzz.
Well Jolt Cola did other types of caffeinated beverages, why can’t Red Bull try Cola?
