Try putting it in a powerade or a sports drink, adding artificial sweeteners will also help. Good product, almost done with first jug and if I use it consistently I can tell its working.

Well, it does have caffeine, but I’m not sure about using creatine if you’re not doing some intense physical work.

Also, it’s called “anabolic,” so I presume it (ideally) puts the body in an anabolic state(?)
