See, now I realize many people have left negative comments, but all I can say is that I got my hands on a few bags, and I haven't turned back since. I suppose I've never been the chemical-sensitive type everyone else keeps mentioning, so take this for what it's worth :).

I received a sample of both flavors. At first I thought the cinnamon ones were good, kind of like cinnamon twists at Taco Bell, but then I did get that chemical/artificial sweetener aftertaste. If your taste buds are sensitive to artificial sweetener I would avoid them. The lemon ones were absolutely awful IMO. Although, I know it doesn't matter how many negative comments people read, they will still want to try these for their novelty. Make sure you have something to drink to wash these nasty things down with.

I cringe at the thought of what would happen if children or pets got into them. Or anyone on medications that do not mix with caffeine (drugs for ADHD).

I just finished a bag of the cinnamon flavor. I thought it was good, and didn't taste "chemical-y".

I was given a sample yesterday, and I also did not like the taste. They weren't bitter, exactly, but they were very sweet and tasted chemical-y. They're sweetened with sucralose, and I could really taste the artificial sweetener.

I am impressed that they're selling for $1.29, though (according to the stamp on the 1.5 oz package). Much cheaper than an energy drink and chips combined.

I just got a free sample of the Cinnamon Surge chips. Upon first couple of bites I did not like them but then they sort of grew on me. Except now I have a low-level headache. They retail for $1.29 and it's a generously sized bag, so if you like them it's good value.
