Ah nvm, yes it is xD

But coffee is caffeine though so I don't understand why you were making a distinction between the two.

I buy every month 100 coffeine pills (100mg) from a local pharmacy and take two pills every morning to wake up and some more during the day when needed. Have done so for some 60 yrs. I'm 70 now and haven't had any adverse effetcs. Why do you hold coffeine so dangerous? Coffee I can understand, I get heartburn if I drink coffee more than one cup a day, but it hasn't anything to do with coffein, vice versa! It's ridiculous to blame coffein!

One can contains 250ml. Contains 32mg of cafeine per 100ml.

Hi, About 12 years ago I started to get visual distubances in my right eye as well a sensitivity to light. It went on for months with the odd 'sicky head' inbetween. Eventually, after several trips to my optician and doctor, my doctor sent me for an urgent checkup at the hospital. It turned out I was having a continuous low level migraine and was given a list of food triggers. Top of the list was caffeine. I cut it out completly. Had a bad head for a week and then all my symtoms went. I did not touch any caffeine for years, but now I can have a limited amount with no symtoms. I believe I developed an intolorance with was cured by abstinance.
