Caffeine Content of Spark
An 8 ounce cup of Spark contains 120 milligrams of caffeine.
AdvoCare Spark comes in sachets or pouches of powder. The powder should be blended or stirred into 1 cup (8 fluid ounces) of water.
Spark comes in a number of flavors including Cherry, Grape, Mandarin Orange, Citrus, and Fruit Punch. The powder is available either in individual packets or a large tub.
It is sweetened with Sucralose (Splenda) although does contain 45 calories per serving.
AdvoCare also make a product called "Kickstart Spark" that is controversially targeted towards children aged 4 upwards. Kickstart Spark contains 60mg of caffeine per 8 oz serving.
