Cool site. One suggestion: add caffeine pills (vivarin being the most well known brand) at 200mg each. Probably the most useful statistic to have, since you really could pretty easily kill yourself via caffeine pills!
Do some fact finding to see how much of many types of drugs will kill you. Legal and illegal drugs. Smoke all the weed you want because it is just not toxic enough to kill people yet excess caffine, niccotine, and alcohol will kill a person dead but those drugs are legal. Does this seem logical to anyone?

What’s the metabolic half-life of caffeine? I.e. would the body metabolise the caffeine fast enough to prevent the lethal dose from being achieved?
With the mints, the same is true…but at what point would the sugar overload the endocrine system and cause a diabetic coma? Before or after Death By Caffeine?

Designadrug: The metabolic half-life is 5 hours give or take. Plus, caffeine “toxicity” is like a lot of drugs: the more you do, the more you can handle without adverse effects.
I think I answered it in a previous article, but you could almost never get enough caffeine from a soft drink to kill yourself. The liquid volume would dilute your body’s salts, or the phosphoric acid would eat your insides, or you might rupture something with that much liquid, or the sugars would overload your body’s ability to process them… there’s lots of ways your body ensures you never get to that point . The caffeine pills are much more dangerous in that you could get a lethal dose from them– so dont play around with those. Look at the EROWID caffeine archives (search for it on google) for some bad stories involving pills.

Weed has a different effect on your brain than Caffeine, Nicotine, or Alcohol.
