Light Weight will have a Peach Mango flavor, and the Alternative Energy will be Strawberry Guava, he said it is much sweeter than the original, can't wait to try it! He told me that the Urban Detox should be consumed (for hangover remedy)before you go to bed or right when you wake up in the morning after a night of drinking. Or drink one every day to help the protect your sinuses and lungs from air pollution. As for the Light Weights, Dayton said to drink 2-3 a day for a month and you could lose 5-6 lbs (burns about 40-60 calories per bottle....CRAZY) Brainiac should be consumed while reading or studying, it will help you mentally focus...its a big part of college kids life during finals. Shock Sports should be consumed during or after a tough workout to help with sore muscles and rehidration.
