FYXX Hybrid Water

For all you purists out there, a new caffeinated water product is hitting the market in the US. So if you aren’t into all of the chemicals in the average energy drink, FYXX (fix) Hybrid water may be worth a try.

According to Examiner.com, caffeinated water first was introduced in 1996 but never really caught on due to the bad taste of the water. Most of the brands died out due to lack of sales.

What’s different about FYXX is supposed to be the inability to taste the caffeine. It is just pure mineral water from Ohio and then infused with caffeine.

FYXX has 110mg of caffeine/20oz. bottle and has no calories or carbs.

If you want to try FYXX Hybrid but can’t find it in stores yet, you can order it online from fyxxwater.com

A 12 pack will cost you $17.99 plus shipping and is manufactured by Str8up beverages.

What’s the difference between this and sticking a no-doz in your bottled water?

    NATE:
the difference is the fancy logo. ;)

  • The bottle looks different now. Actually the water is pretty good. It is a nice spring water. If your going to pay for water might as well get caffeine with it.

  • and it tastes better too – I have dont the no-doz as a caffeine aid in foods and drinks before, but always tastes like poo. I thought this at least tasted like water

Nate: The difference is that now you can make caffeinated ramen, among other things. ;-)

I’m curious though, how is this any different than Buzzwater?

How do they make caffeine tasteless? As tastes go, it is execrable, based on anhydrous stuff I’ve experienced.

Fyxxwater has a very odd taste to it. Doesn’t tast like spring water.
