I read on the back of the can of a coffee energy drink before, that you should only drink up to 3 a day. So I limit myself to that.

Ide recommend you reduce it to only one monster maybe a week, or at least that’s what I do. Sometimes I get a little carried away like at a party or something and I’ll drink a few. But I rarely do that any more. But if you really like them that much you should at least go for one a day. Because I’m sorry to say this but honestly those thongs are going to kill you. And your family is right. But it would also depend on what flavor your drinking. So e flavors have more calories than others.

what kind of damage do these coffee monster drinks contain. I love them all. And know there’s another flaver called Kona Blend. my family says im going to die if I keep driniking them. But they’re delisious. Is this true? I drink about 4 per day. & know I’m drinking my regular coffee. But I love the monster drinks taste. what do you recomnend?

i love java monsters, but i can’t find all of the flavors, where can i find them in smyrna tennessee, most markets have the loca moca, mean bean, but i like the konda blend, and russian but can not locate them, does anyone know where they might be in smyrna tennessee
