Mountain Dew: World of Warcraft Addition
This month gamer’s beloved Mountain Dew launches the World of Warcraft versions of Game Fuel.
So the battle lines are drawn with two formulations that will keep you fighting into the wee hours of the night.
On one side of the battlefield we have Horde Red.

On the other side we have Alliance Blue.

As part of the promotion this summer, you can earn tokens and redeem them on the website. Also, you can enter to win a prize every 15 minutes.

Both in game and the Game Fuel Flavors
Can anyone confirm that the Horde flavor is the same flavor of the Halo 3 Game Fuel? I think I remember that saying it was cherry citrus as well.
Horde is the same as Halo 3 – tastes like Code Red mixed with Livewire and alliance tastes alot like the Revolution from the DEWmocracy line

Addition…lmao…anyway I had to reposess these two from my brother’s soda collection back into my energy collection, along with the Halo 3 can. With their higher-than-regular-Dew caffeine content and intent to energize (Game “fuel”), they qualify as an energy drink in my collection. It’s hard to decide where to draw the line with caffeine…I’ve got VitaminWater Energy with like 50mg, but that’s the same as in a can of Dew. So why don’t sodas count? No intent to energize.
I just bought a 12 pack of the Alliance (wild berry) last night to taste test, and I agree with Tagifras. It tastes pretty similar to Revolution (not as good though). What I really want to find is the Horde flavor…

I’ve always thought that The Halo 3 Gamer Fuel tasted almost exactly like Amp Overdrive.
Tim, I’ve always had a dilemma there, too. The rule I’ve established for myself is that the product must mention a promise of, or relation to, energy in one way or another.
Alliance is growing me!
I think both flavors taste like crotch. and not the good kind.
Addition: as in something added to something else. In this case, a product ADDED TO the game. What the hell is wrong with you illiterate oafs?
I just realized that this stuff actually has more caffeine than Mountain Dew MDX, which is their energy soda! Nice!
After drinking the blue “Alliance” flavor today (which tastes like Voltage and Baja Blast mixed together and watered down), about half way through my stomach started growling and cramping. By the end of the bottle I had to run to the bathroom! I wont be going near this stuff again.
