My gut has never been able to handle the burned bean aspect of coffee, so while I love it, it doesn't love me. I tried the Nano Coffee in the HOPE that I'd get the caffeine lift I love so much without the bloating. And it WORKED. I just wish they could get the supply lines going -- it is a great product. I take one tablet at a time -- that's all I need. For me, it's really about long road trips where you have to stay awake, and black tea does not cut it. I swallowed the 2 tablets with water the way the directions state. I don't think you are suppose to crush up the tablets and put them into water or chew them.
