I love these. I place it in a bottle water and place it next to my alarm clock in the morning, and drink one in the early afternoon.
It keeps me awake and able to focus and I do not crash as bad as with coffee.
The tast even with just water is not as bad as redbull
Using Power Edge has been a great way for me to try to drink an average of 8 bottles of water each day. It taste great and gives that extra boost of energy during workout sessions. I love all the different taste and its good not to get stuck on one specific taste. Thanks for its use and the cheap price I can get it from Wal-Mart.

I have been using Power Edge for the last year now and I will not trade it for anything!!! I love it and I give it 10 STARS!!!! I cannot make it through my day withtout one of these little Packages!!! I have gotten alot of people I work with hooked as well. I cannot find it over the last couple of weeks on the shelf however at my local walmarts I miss it!!! I need it….!!!! I wish they would put it back out there!!! Please bring it Back I am in Arkansas put it back where it belongs I buy three packs on average weekly!!! Thank you!!! Glad I found the website so I can order it if I have too!!! What happened to my Power Edge????? I love the stuff and it is great since it gets me to drink lots of water, it tastes good, and is cheap cheap cheap!!!! What happened to it? Please don’t send me back to Red Bull again! I can’t afford it…I need my boost of energy again. I cannot find Power Edge at Wally World anymore. Anyone have a pusher???
They used to carry these at the walmart near me. Taste ok, but not great. Liked that I could get 10 for about $2 and they were easy to carry around in the car or backpack to class. They have stopped carrying them though and I wish I could find them, or something similar, again. Good kick for the buck.
I used to drink morningspark grapefruit and switched to Poweredge a year or so ago. I drink about 4 a day and am going through extreme withdrawls now that I have not had it for 2 days. I have searched online and there is absolutely none and of course I went to 6 different walmarts and all is gone! I have tried others over the past two days and all of them are yuck compared to power edge. Not sure where to turn now. I want something that tasts as good and has the same effect.
I called Sturm Foods, the maker of both Power Edge and Morning Spark. Unfortunately, they confirmed that Walmart has stopped carrying their products. They did not give a reason to me. Sturm directed me to discountcoffee.com, but the price is outrageous compared to Walmart. I have also checked several Walmarts for Crystal Light Energy (as a substitute to Power Edge), but have not found it. I hope another major retailer picks up Power Edge.
This is by far the best Energy drink that I have come across, unfortunatly it has been discontinued by Wal-Mart and now I can’t even find it on-line anywhere. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can by it?

This is about the best energy drink I’ve found. When you consider the price, nothing else even compares. The flavor is good, the caffeine content is good, and after drinking two of them, I get absolutely no crash from them. I am also in the predicament of not being able to find the product locally, and discountcoffee is more than twice the price (and temporarily sold out btw), but at least the price there is still better than other energy drinks. When my local Walmart stopped selling them, I found another Walmart that had a few left. Unfortunately, I’m down to lass than 1 week supply left. Hoping to find another store that carries it.
My son, who is a big Power Edge fan from Walmart, is now using Deton 8 from Kroger since it has been discontinued. It comes 10 packets to a box as well, wildberry and tangerine strawberry flavors only. It costs a dollar more a box, however, $2.99.
From what I have found PowerEdge is not discontinued there has been an interruption in production/shipping due to the corporate take over of Sturm foods (who makes PowerEdge) by TreetopHouse Foods. Expect to see PowerEdge back on your shelves around the beginning of February.

Anyone looking for this product is probably upset in the inability to locate it. Well settle down my friends I’ve found it. It is no longer packaged under the origina PowerEdge label. It is now packaged under the name DETON8 and is distributed by Inter-American Products in Cincinnati. I believe that it is being produced and packaged for Private Label sales through Kroger stores and their sister-company Dillons. I can attest to it’s authentisity from a taste and effect perspective. If anything is differant, it may be a little more “potent,” in my opinion. It is priced at or near what I was paying at Wal-Mart so there is no issue there either. Drink well, be energized, and sleep well in the knowledge that I have come through for the masses.
I tried it, I really like it! Went to get more at Walmart here where I live & they don’t sell it anymore! Now what? I want more! Where else can I get it other than buying online?

Walmart has discontinued sales of PowerEdge as it’s sales did not meet there their expectations. Krogers is now selling the same product under the name Deton8.
I’ve used this for a couple of years, I think it is great, used as directed, it gives a decent booost to your day. The last month I am unable to find it at the 2 Walmarts I shop at. Anyone else having problems. The Website says Food Lion has them, my next stop.
Walmart no longer carries it, so where else can I find it?
I love the stuff. Been drinking 2 packs a day at work for over a year now. A kick start in the morning and then another afternoon boost…but I mix mine with carbonated water so it taste more like a soda. I do agree that with plain water is not that great but it does keep my coworkers from begging for them.
Yes I would prefer Red Bulls too but at 3 bucks a 12oz’er I just can’t afford it so I drink those on the weekends.
