I like it. It reminds me of the old RC EDGE. Red Bull Cola is good, too, and they should make it in 16oz cans. I can’t pick one over the other. Love ‘em both.

This is actually Rockstar’s second attempt at an energy cola. They introduced a cola many years ago that came in a red can. It was before they introduced any of the fruity juice flavors. I was very sad to see it go after such a short life, so my excitement couldn’t be contained when I found this new cola. This has become a daily drink for me, especially since the local big box store sells cases of it for less than $1/can. Love it!

Didn’t realize it was a cola until I tasted it – Rockstar never had a cola before, so I always just bought a variety of different colors, since they were all just as good as one another (except for the blue cans which have 50% more caffeine).

It’s a pretty decent cola taste! More like a flat(-ter) Pepsi than Coca-cola (my favorite cola), but preferable to the various fake fruity flavors.

Also, and this is really the only reason I drink rockstar – it’s half the price of Red Bull.

I am an athlete who tries to steer away from the carbonated energy drinks because they tend to burn out quick, and the aftertaste is awful to the point where I’m self-conscious when talking to people afterwards. Last week I saw this new-looking rockstar can that immediately grabbed my undivided attention. When I took a sip, IT WAS ALL OVER! THE BEST TASTING COLA HANDS DOWN! Beautiful smooth taste. Happy to drink it. Natural aftertaste – I LOVE IT! I want cases sent directly to me! 2 thumbs up!

The can is so beautiful I just couldn’t say no to it.
I liked the cola flavor but the drink was really syrupy and flat.
I like it more than the RB cola, but if I were to get it again I’d mix in some carbonated water.

Try it Evan. It is a much more traditional cola than RB cola is. I like RB cola but it is not a typical cola is. Rockstar cola is typical cola.

I’ve never really seen the point in cola energy drinks because I would much rather have a strong, unique flavor for the money, but I have to agree that the can is really impressive. After trying Red Bull’s cola attempt, I would be hesitant to try this one.

It is a pretty good cola. I have always found Pepsi kind of flat and this rockstar was similar. Kick was sub par as most all the Rockstars are. I will agree with Dusty for sure on the can. It is truly a thing of beauty.
