I managed to source this in the Outer Hebrides in litre bottles in my local Walmart convienience store. The last month has flown by and I have started to give it to the sheep for a bit of fun, boy how they run. I’ve now made myself a news 5 litre bottle for days out walking the fens. Oh how its made the snow look whiter than a brand new shirt washed in Daz. The long nights are now getting even longer, ah the northern lights, the lights…the lights….turn them off I need sleep! slurp!

You’re right Rob, Big lots and other such stores often buy out supplies of factory imperfects or beyond best by date items….you get what you pay for I guess…

I’d like to mention that I’ve seen Guava and original Juiced in the 24 ounce bottles at Big Lots – 12 for $12. Let me just say – these things are ROUGH! The bottles at Big Lots are either mixed wrong or are very old and the local bottler liquidated their inventory.

Last year (2009) several local discount stores got a hold of 16 ounce Rockstar Punched and were selling these extremely cheap. From the first sip you knew something was wrong – either the bottler mixed it wrong or it was really old. Just to verify, I went and bought a full-price Punched from a grocery store and the taste was amazing.

Funny as they only have punched guava in the southern hemisphere…maybe we could do a trade!

I havent been able to find the Punched “Guava” yet, but I was seriously addicted to the Original Punched. It wasnt just the best tasting ‘energy’ drink on the market, it was one of THE best tasting drinks available period. It is impossible to describe just how good the flavor is without tasting it yourself. Its incredible.

this drink tasted terrible, not sweet, weird medicine type flavor

I paid $3.29 here in Los Angeles

I would not recommend it
