Can you please tell me how much caffeine is in Muscle Milk Light RTD Cafe Latte Caffeinated drink?
The lid label has a protective label that says caffeine however neither the bottle label or the website indicates the caffeine content. I am very concerned that the product is labeled as Milk.
Looked into it pd and might be hard to find this one.. There isn’t even a contact email on Muscle Milk’s webpage.

I was looking for information about the Thai original Red Bull. It would be great to know the caffeine content in that. Its a great drink and many believe is better tasting than normal Red Bull. It is called Krating Daeng, or Red Bull in Thai. Though it is common knowledge modern Red Bull came from Thailand, the Austrian company conveniently omits this information in their official website claiming the recipe is wholly theirs. Further, Thai Red Bull has been banned in the US because it’s logo is similar to the “Red bull” logo of Austria/the Mass marketed Red Bull.

How much caffeine is in Quick Trip’s 32oz. frozen cappuccino drink?
Hi Mike. I looked at that and the consumerlabs info. I think perhaps there was some confusion with the varieties of 5 hour. Looks like 5 hour extra strength would have about 207mg of caffeine, but the regular strength has the 138mg, which was information obtained from the company. http://www.5hourenergy.com/5hrextrastrength.asp
Thanks LH! Looks like they’ve made some changes since this was originally added and even added a 4th size. We’ll update soon.

I have been drinking a new drink from V8. It is called V-8 Fusion +Energy. It shows 80mg of caffeine in an 8oz can. So far I’ve seen two flavors. Thanks.
Michael, Thanks for letting us know… I just added it.

Before I post a picky criticism, I really appreciate this amazing database and the effort that has been put into it.
For the drinks database, the heading of the second column should be Fluid Ounces, and the heading of the fourth column should be mg/floz. Fluid ounces is a measure of volume, and ounces is a measure of weight. Important difference!

Great website! If you feel like adding a category to the analysis, a calorie and/or added sugar column would be fantastic. I have grumbled for years over the whole irony of “People eat too much sugar/over 100lb per capita/year ” in the US, then the same people being sold “Energy drinks” and “Energy Bars” that are essentially sugar bombs.
(I was a Registered Dietitian/Public Health Nutritionist in a Former life, and am mom to a teenager who cant function until noon. Long story. So the energy drink stuff is a real issue)

How does the 5 hr Energy thing work? Or does it really? As far as spacing out the load and not resulting in a crash.
Hi Frankie, it’s mainly the sugar in a drink that causes the crash not the caffeine, so that’s how 5 hour gets around the crash associated with many energy drinks that have 50+ grams of sugar per can.
@jim Adding it now
What is the caffeine content of Joint Juice?

I read that ConsumerLabs tested “5-hour Energy” and found it contained 207 mg of caffeine in the 2 oz bottles, not the 138 mg listed here. Here is the link to the story in the Wall Street Journal from June 2, 2011: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704322804576303452592018100.html There was another story about this on CBS in Feb. 2011: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2011/02/07/earlyshow/health/main7326410.shtml
