How accurate are the caffeine amounts?
Note that often independent lab tests show caffeine levels to be slightly different from that which manufacturers claim. On each individual caffeine page (found by clicking on the name of the drink), the source used is noted at the foot of the page. Note: Caffeine content can vary from can to can.
How accurate is pop-up caffeine calculator?
It provides a rough gauge of reaction to caffeine – and typically corresponds to the amount of caffeine in your system over a 4 hour period. There is obviously enormous variation between individual response – and this should be construed as entertainment only (see item 13 in the source reference for more).
