ZizZazz Explosive Workout Mix
Instant energy is where it’s at.
When you consider the insane studying, work, and play that we often engage in, it’s no wonder we look for more energy to squeeze the last drop of productivity or fun out of our busy lives.
ZizZazz knows this and made a convenient energy mix that fits the bill.
Taste
ZizZazz comes in 4 flavors, which you can “eat” from the stick, or mix with water.
- Lemon Raspberry – The tart flavor of this citrus mix is awesome and both flavors are easily distinguishable from one another. Very enjoyable, almost like juice, but not quite. My favorite!
- Cherry Lime – The cherry taste seems to overpower the lime, but it’s still likable. Very sweet and tart.
- Tangerine – Definitely tastes very close to the real thing. Easy to drink with great citrus flavor.
- Pom Mango – It’s a little tough to make out the mango in this, but there is a bit of tang that makes the pomegranate taste stand out. Pretty good!
Each one has a noticeable artificial sweetener taste.
Ingredients
ZizZazz features an explosive 200mg of caffeine and a blend of vitamins and minerals, including A through E. It also features rhodiola rosea, green tea, and ginseng to give it a natural edge.
Energy
ZizZazz will pick you up – fast! With no carbonation, it’s incredibly easy to chug and get a fast kick out of this mix. If you opt to eat this mix, which I did not, then you are in for quite a boost! I experienced no crash whatsoever.

:O sounds so awesome! i like the idea of having caffeine without the carbonation or crash ^^
im totally going to try it now!
I have used these before and if you look carefully, the packaging says there are two servings in a single packet. The caffeine content is read as 200mg/serving! I’m not sure if this is a misprint, but looks like this could be 400mg in a packet!
we base the caffeine content on what are people likely to consume which is a whole packet. Another example would be a 16oz can of Rockstar. Even though the can says there are 2 servings we list the caffeine content of the whole can because people are most likely to drink the whole can.
That’s why I was pointing it out. You list 200mg of caffeine, while according to the packet, there’s 400mg. Most people are not going to open up a packet and only pour half of it into their water.
Based on your comments, you should list 400mg as that is the whole packet(given the content/servings is not a misprint).
Brent- Just heard back from the folks at ZizZazz and it’s 200mg per packet. we had the serving size wrong. I’ll change it to 16oz. Sorry for the confusion.
Ted, thanks for checking with them to figure that out. A small part of me thought that 400mg in a single packet was just too good to be true.
