Sugar Free Energy Drink Chart

sugar-free-energy-drinkAre you an energy fiend that loves the kick, but hates the carbs?

If so, we thought we would put together a chart that outlines the popular sugar free energy drinks and what is used as an artificial sweetener so you know what to look for when you are peering into the cooler for a sugar free energy drink. This chart does not include energy shots as they are almost always sugar free anyway.

Conclusions

As you see, most sugar free energy drinks use the standard artificial sweeteners with the exception being Guru who is marketing some natural low calorie sweeteners. Sucralose a.k.a. “Splenda” has been getting some bad press lately, so who knows if that will cause other companies to go the more natural route as well if consumers begin shunning sucralose the way they did aspartame and saccharin which were previously used in sugar free energy drinks.

Sandy. The Alcoholic energy drinks don’t have to list calories or sugar. I have yet to see one that does but from my research I think they have a crap load of sugar and calories.

We don’t cover alcoholic drinks on this site, but a good sit to check is http://www.drinkaware.co.uk/tips-and-tools/drink-diary/

The thing is… Artificial sugar is a tumor causing drug. The fact that it even might be slightly better than real sugar (not white processed crap but RAW sugar) is that IT IS NOT BETTER, IT IS WORSE. IT IS POISON. It should have a DO NOT CONSUME sticker on it… Not that this would actually stop you from poisoning yourselves I mean who the f*** drinks coke and knowing full well that it is not good for you. Well look it up and don’t get referance from sites with .org or .gov or whatever… Man its a big scam to make you sick to make you go to the doctor and pay money and then go to work to get more money and then going to get supplies and having nothing all the time because everyone is in some kind of debt… F*** BIG INCORPERATIONS! DON’T BUY THEIR S***!

As someone who is allergic to sweeteners, I really appreciate you making this list. Now I know the only sugar free energy drink I can handle will be this Guru Lite. Although I’ve never seen that sold anywhere.

I like that you list the sweeteners. I’m the kind of guy who doesn’t eat or drink refined sugars or artificial sweeteners and it’s really helpful to have a list like this. Way to go!
