The value above is from Starbucks. However the higher figure of 372mg is more probably - being an average figure^* taken from caffeine tests of a Starbucks Breakfast Blend. The six different samples ranged from 259.2mg to 564.4mg. Incredibly these measurements were from the same outlet on six consecutive days.

The value of 564mg is extremely high, and it would be unusual for a 16oz coffee to contain this much caffeine.
