Red Massive Bull NASCAR Edition
For the first time since Red Bull charged the at USA, they had a flat year of growth in 2009, while Hanson’s Monster posted a modest gain in 2009.
How will Red Bull get back into the ring you ask? Well, they are hoping by increasing their can size to just over 19 ounces and promoting their NASCAR drivers on the can will help.
In April Red Bull will launch their new massive NASCAR edition can and promote it heavily during the NASCAR season. Research shows that just increasing can size is twice as effective as rolling out a new flavor and with 75 million NASCAR fans just waiting for new related merchandise to purchase, I guess you can’t go wrong.
Red Bull – Red Neck….. Sounds like a match made in heaven. Just kidding NASCAR fans, don’t get you camo in a wad…

I grabbed one today at walmart. It was like 4.50 so it ain’t cheap. I figure it will come in handy for a party or making some RB and Vodkas. It actually a pretty cool looking can and it is big.
I personally love the taste of Red Bull but I have a hard time handing over $4 for the 16oz can when I can get a Monster or NOS for $2. I really feel like I’m just paying for the damn name. It doesn’t surprise me that Monster is doing better then Red Bull…
I agree, it is the best but often not worth the price… trim it down a bit red bull, or go public so i can make money on your stock. Thanks.
